Full Job Description

Salary range: $79,200-103,950*
*The salary range listed is a guide for this position and may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other qualifications. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's individual merits and the company's compensation policies.

This position will drive reliability improvements in the Pebble Plant department at the Elmore, OH facility. They will be focused on equipment and process improvements for maintenance and operations. Root cause analysis, FMEA, and data analytics are essential for this role. Risk Management, and Lifecycle Asset Management skills are a must to ensure decisions are data driven. Must have very strong engineering background and excellent communication skills, this position must collaborate with the entire Elmore site.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Define, develop, and implement processes for establishing and maintaining effective predictive and preventative maintenance programs for the Elmore site. This is to include, but is not limited to, mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Establish failure analysis processes for equipment and systems.
  • Use statistical tools to predict failure rates and improve system reliability.
  • Ensure a robust critical spares inventory.
  • Communicate health of the Reliability Program.
  • Establishing Reliability Programs on new equipment.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem identification of Maintenance activities, and process/production equipment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for establishing and maintaining Maintenance processes, process development, and implementation.
  • Develop standards and procedures to ensure permanence and consistency of processes and programs for Elmore reliability initiatives.
  • Evaluate and identify new technology/equipment to improve reliability of equipment or improve processes
  • Assist and or lead capital project initiatives for Maintenance or business units
  • Participate and support all aspect of continuous improvement.
  • Support Maintenance Excellence Team:  Provide input, insight, and analysis to support ongoing team rollouts and development of future initiatives/projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Required: > 2 or more years of Experience with CMMS systems and predictive/preventative maintenance
  • Required: Experience performing FMEA’s, RC/CA
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience with industrial mechanical equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple complex assignments / projects
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn, receive, and provide coaching
  • Preferred: Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software
