Full Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner/Stores Supervisor based in our Grand Forks Factory to join the Maintenance team.

Your future team:

The Maintenance Planner/ Stores Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager and has two direct reports.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for maintenance planning, SAP asset management, and stores operations, including inventory control, material receiving, and supervision of two Parts Clerks.

Maintenance Planning
  • Create, review, and update maintenance plans in SAP.
  • Monitor maintenance plan completion and create work orders and requisitions as required.
  • Develop shutdown plans and coordinate maintenance schedules.
  • Identify critical spare parts and maintain accurate equipment and asset records.

Stores Supervision
  • Supervise and support two Parts Clerks.
  • Oversee inventory counts, accuracy, and critical spare parts stock levels.
  • Manage the receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient stores area.
  • Support the factory by locating and retrieving materials as needed


What you bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, stores, inventory, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, including maintenance plans, work orders, requisitions, and asset records.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown coordination.
  • Experience managing maintenance parts inventory, including critical parts and stock levels.
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, receiving, and material storage.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Purchasing teams.

The annual salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
