SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to plan, schedule and coordinate multiple metal fabrication trades to complete critical work orders to support various operations partners. This position will require establishing and building relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers to obtain the raw materials and services needed to complete work orders in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this position is well-organized and has a passion for maintenance planning.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The position balances priorities, resources, material, and external suppliers to complete multiple projects / work orders simultaneously.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize maintenance work and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure work orders are executed properly
  • Generate reports on KPIs related to work orders completed and backlog management.
  • Participates in the training of technicians
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to plan activities to achieve desired outcomes
  • Independent communication with business partners to resolve technical issues and negotiate items such as priorities and completion deadlines
  • Evaluate work orders to determine the necessary parts, tools, and time required to successfully execute the work request
  • Train employees on how to use the CMMS


QUALIFICATION AND SKILL:

  • 2- year associates degree in an Engineering or maintenance discipline or 10 years experience in a maintenance planning role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical capacity
  • Experience with world-class manufacturing practices (TPM, 5S, Lean, etc.)
  • Well-developed project management skills


Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255-$119,745 per year.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
