What you'll do:- Lead and support a shift team of technicians, keeping lines running at 98%+ uptime.
- Bring structure and a steady hand to the shift, and develop your techs along the way.
- Stay hands-on with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics).
- Help drive the move to predictive maintenance so the work gets more planned over time.
You'll do your best work here if you:- Have solid hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including leading or mentoring others.
- Want a stable, well-run shop and a real day off midweek.
- Lead through trust and steadiness, not noise.
- Are technically strong and disciplined about detail and safety.
Pay: From $40/hr plus weekend and holiday premiums, a $7,000 sign-on bonus, a $5.00/hr off-shift premium, and a $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement.Schedule:Hiring on 2nd Shift (2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.)
