In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in SAP, P-6, and Prometheus systems to coordinate the procurement, staging, and availability of materials essential for maintenance activities. Your proactive approach in managing inventory, expediting requests, and optimizing supply processes will drive efficiency and safety on site. You'll also collaborate closely with warehouse, engineering, and operations teams, providing valuable insights that support maintenance reliability and project success.
What you bring:
- Over 10 years of experience in large production facilities (oil, gas, chemical, or LNG)
- Strong proficiency with SAP, Prometheus, and P-6 planning tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of materials management practices and maintenance reliability
- Effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A validated craft training designation in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation is a plus
Additional assets:
- Experience with procurement in a regulated industrial setting
- Familiarity with MOCs (Management of Change processes)
- Ability to support after-hours procurement activities when needed
Preferred background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven track record in maintenance execution management from supervisory or OMC/PMC roles
- Broad understanding of maintenance crafts
