Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and support a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel
  • Drive a proactive maintenance culture by expanding preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and process issues to minimize downtime
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce failures
  • Manage maintenance budgets, including repair & maintenance (R&M) and spare parts inventory
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams to support business goals
  • Utilize CMMS tools to track work orders, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure all equipment and processes meet safety and food safety standards

Full Job Description
What You'll Do:

  • Lead, develop, and support a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel
  • Drive a proactive maintenance culture by expanding preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and process issues to minimize downtime
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce failures
  • Manage maintenance budgets, including repair & maintenance (R&M) and spare parts inventory
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams to support business goals
  • Oversee the maintenance of key systems such as conveyors, pumps, motors, PLCs, VFDs, HVAC, and facility equipment
  • Utilize CMMS tools to track work orders, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure all equipment and processes meet safety and food safety standards


What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • 2-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance teams
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and automated systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Lean / 5S or continuous improvement experience
  • Welding or fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Arc)
  • Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or related field


Pay and Perks:

  • Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000 annually, based on experience
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 15% of base salary
  • Quarterly Incentive Program: Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
