We9re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager (PLC / Automation) who has a strong electrical background, extensive PLC troubleshooting experience, and proven leadership skills. While electrical controls and automation are the primary focus, we9re looking for someone who also understands the mechanical side of industrial equipment and can lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You9ll Do

As Maintenance Manager, you9ll lead both the maintenance team and the technical direction of our manufacturing equipment.

You9ll be responsible for:
  • Leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians
  • Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs

What We9re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Strong background in industrial electrical systems
  • Extensive PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred)
  • Experience with HMI systems and industrial controls
  • Mechanical maintenance knowledge in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to lead by example and work alongside technicians when needed
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
  • Manufacturing maintenance management experience
  • Experience with VFDs, motors, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Experience with Ignition, Wonderware, or similar systems
  • Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma experience
  • Experience with industrial networking and automation systems
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
  • Schedule work assignments and prioritize maintenance activities
  • Conduct performance coaching and employee development
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with production leadership to maximize equipment reliability
