What You'll Get to Do

The Maintenance Manager provides strategic leadership to the maintenance team supporting our metal and aluminum extrusion and anodizing operations, ensuring effective proactive and reactive maintenance. This position reports to the Engineering Director.

This role is perfect for an individual who has attention to detail, strong work ethic/reliability, and is a problem solver with a proactive approach. A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the site Maintenance team and deliver both reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment, including total preventative maintenance and breakdown management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance work while improving site operational effectiveness, project delivery, mean time between failure (MTBF), and overall downtime reduction.
  • Develop, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support operational goals and ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Drive technical excellence by establishing and maintaining standard policies, procedures, and maintenance processes, while identifying deficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles through enhanced training, work practices, and process optimization.


What We Are Looking For
  • A proven maintenance leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance management or plant engineering in a manufacturing environment; extrusion and anodizing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams across multiple shifts, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
  • Strong operational leadership with the ability to prioritize workloads, manage competing demands, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure maintenance activities consistently support production/operational goals.
  • Strong foundation in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and successfully implement change.
  • Proficiency with industrial electrical and electronic control systems; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed.
