Maintenance Manager

Overview / Summary

The Maintenance Manager manages the activities of Maintenance Supervisors and supports maintenance operations for assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale activities for assembly operations.
  • Ensure equipment capability.
  • Support error and mistake-proofing activities.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
  • Support system enhancements.
  • Manage the activities of Maintenance Supervisors.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing or overseeing Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Experience supporting maintenance activities related to assembly operations.
  • Knowledge of equipment capability, error and mistake-proofing, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements.
