Job Summary:

Civeo Installations is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Maintenance Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of maintenance programs across our operations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Maintenance, the successful candidate will oversee preventative, corrective, and restorative maintenance activities to maximize asset reliability, efficiency, and lifespan while ensuring safe and cost-effective operations.

This role is responsible for the overall management of maintenance services for lodging facilities, shops, warehouses, offices, and site infrastructure. The Maintenance Manager will lead a skilled team, manage maintenance budgets and projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Develop and oversee preventative, corrective, and restorative maintenance programs and budgets.
  • Monitor asset performance, maintenance metrics, and building automation systems to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate facility maintenance, capital projects, equipment repairs, and replacements.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and service levels to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review maintenance work for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations, construction, and supply chain teams to support business objectives and facility needs.
  • Provide regular updates to management on maintenance activities, project status, budgets, and asset performance.


Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); Red Seal/building trades certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial maintenance, construction, remote camp operations, or commercial kitchen environments, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing, managing, and directing maintenance programs and projects.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, planning, contract administration, and cost-control skills.
  • Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Class 5 Operator's License, with a 5- year driving record satisfactory to Civeo's driving criteria.
  • First Aid certification is an asset.
  • Must be abele to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test
