Job Definition:

  • Ensure operations and maintenances of machinery, utilities, and technological equipment.
  • Supervise, mentor, and schedule maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate shift handovers.
  • Work in a team environment that fosters safety awareness and mutual respect.
  • Initiative and continuous improvement of processes in the field of technical production security.
  • Development and implementation of strategies for minimizing machine downtime and repair costs.
  • Develops, implements, and supervises preventative maintenance and renovation programs.
  • Determines and achieves maintenance KPI 's with minimum supervision.
  • Generates critical spare parts inventory and manages spare parts inventory efficiently.
  • Analysis of the causes and times of equipment failure, planning and supervision of corrective actions.
  • Creating and supervising the implementation of the maintenance budget, conducting cost saving projects.
  • Manage and lead the root cause analysis for all major equipment failures and ensure not recurring.
  • Additional programs will include online predictive technologies, asset life cycle analysis, and repair - replace strategies.
  • Take leadership role to establish relationships between multiple manufacturing sites and maintenance teams to best in class performance.
  • Develop strategies to keep equipment' and spare parts up to date.
  • Develops and implements energy management strategies and ensures achieving Energy KPI 's.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Two-year technical college degree required. Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment with a proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Knowledgeable of electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental regulations.
  • Experience in planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • Experience in utilities/facilities management and maintenance.
  • TPM, CMMS, PQA, LEAN knowledge.
  • Experience in implementing and sustaining CBM.
  • Ability to understand electrical and mechanical diagrams/drawings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in terms of communicating and managing the maintenance team.
  • Excellent organizational skills in the areas of project management, time management, and work prioritization.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Maximo.
  • Experience in cable machinery is a big plus.

The range for this position is $125,734.00 - $172,884.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
