Maintenance Department Manager to lead a multi-shift maintenance organization and deliver world-class asset performance across a highly automated manufacturing facility. What You'll Work On- Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and skilled trades personnel across multiple shifts. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and accountable team culture focused on safety, collaboration, continuous improvement and results.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Oversee maintenance activities across production and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, equipment performance, and asset utilization.
- Partner with engineering, operations and quality to drive long-term asset care and reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment and critical site systems.
- Manage site calibration programs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead maintenance planning and execution for site shutdowns and major projects.
- Build strong partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and other site functions.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, GMP, and company standards while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.
- Manage departmental budgets, control spending, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or another technical discipline.
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience supporting production operations.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment reliability, asset management, and manufacturing operations.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement programs.

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 - $198,700.00
