Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or military nuclear settings.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Technical expertise in nuclear generation principles and operations.
• Desired certifications include SRO or proficiency in BWR/PWR.

Responsibilities

• Represent department at Work Management 'T' meetings, prioritizing and allocating resources.
• Assist in developing the departmental training plan and managing the budget.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to create schedules that minimize backlog.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and communicate technical information effectively.
• Perform First Line Supervisor duties, observing personnel and identifying performance gaps.
• Respond to incident reports and participate in Emergency Response Organization activities.
