Salary:FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $42.00 - $46.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure timely and proactive maintenance activities.
- Implement systems to monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance overall operational capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with various departments, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and synergy in process improvement initiatives.
- Lead Safety and 6S activities.
Qualifications we are looking for:- 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Progressive approach to maintenance and process improvement driven
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and components
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Knowledge of fire, life, safety and building codes and standards and ability to research and apply replated codes and standards
- Understanding of Operational Excellence, an asset
- Lead Safety, 6S and sustainability activities.
