Hands on experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, File-aid, GDG. DB2
Extensive experience in a batch mainframe environment.
Experience working in a mainframe TSO ISPF environment.
Experience with mainframe scheduling software, like OPC.
Experience using Endeavor change management software.
Handson experience with Easytrieve.
ITIL/ITSM Tools, Incidents, Change Management, Problem Investigation
Proven technical skills necessary to learn the mainframe batch quickly environment and assume the role and independently support assigned application.
Basic knowledge on Confluence, Unix, OPC scheduling tool, SQL, NDM (connect direct) file transfer protocol, GFT/FTP
Candidate should have exp on working on support projects and should be willing to work on support activities/Tickets
For onsite ,this role involves working on general shift (7 AM to 4 PM CST) and associate should be ready to perform on call support on weekend ( as per P1/P2 tickets demand)
Good communication skill as this role involves customer engagement
Visa type preferred : USC/GC /Or Visa with no dependency for amendment
Travel: Relocation to St louis or Travel to St louis as per project requirement is mandatory.
