Key Skills and responsibilities
  • Experience in Mainframe Production support.
  • Experience in a batch mainframe environment.
  • COBOL, JCL, VSAM,DB2 , scheduling experience - Autosys
  • Hands on experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, File-aid, GDG. DB2
  • Extensive experience in a batch mainframe environment.
  • Experience working in a mainframe TSO ISPF environment.
  • Experience with mainframe scheduling software, like OPC.
  • Experience using Endeavor change management software.
  • Handson experience with Easytrieve.
  • ITIL/ITSM Tools, Incidents, Change Management, Problem Investigation
  • Proven technical skills necessary to learn the mainframe batch quickly environment and assume the role and independently support assigned application.
  • Basic knowledge on Confluence, Unix, OPC scheduling tool, SQL, NDM (connect direct) file transfer protocol, GFT/FTP
  • Candidate should have exp on working on support projects and should be willing to work on support activities/Tickets
  • For onsite ,this role involves working on general shift (7 AM to 4 PM CST) and associate should be ready to perform on call support on weekend ( as per P1/P2 tickets demand)
  • Good communication skill as this role involves customer engagement
  • Visa type preferred : USC/GC /Or Visa with no dependency for amendment
  • Travel: Relocation to St louis or Travel to St louis as per project requirement is mandatory.
