Role Overview:This role requires a skilled Mainframe CICS Developer with strong hands-on experience in CICS and MQ.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, code, and unit test software on a predefined schedule using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance, and reliability.
- Perform system analysis and design in accordance with established procedures and policies.
- Provide accurate estimate of time needed to complete work.
- Proactively explore the system and learn.
- Work efficiently with minimum supervision.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in CICS and MQ.
- Experience in batch like COBOL, DB2, VSAM.
- Agile methodology and SDLC experience.
- Working experience in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of J2EE, Webservices, Cloud-based applications, and their interactions with Mainframe systems preferably in AWS.
- Knowledge of Retail Banking or Lending.
