Position:Head of Contract Logistics – ECSA
Job type: Permanent contract – full-time, site based
Location: São Paulo - SP

 

As the Area MCL Head, you will be fully responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and operations of the MCL product within the assigned Area. You will play a key role in driving product development, leading high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering sustainable growth while enhancing customer experience.

 

Key Responsabilities:

  • Own and manage the Area MCL P&L, including revenue growth and financial performance;
  • Drive commercial pipeline development and expand the business footprint while ensuring profitability;
  • Lead product development initiatives aligned with regional strategy and customer needs;
  • Ensure delivery accountability and operational excellence across all MCL activities;
  • Oversee contract management, governance adherence, and customer operational requirements;
  • Lead RFQ/RFP processes, including pricing, solution design, and cost modelling;
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a strong talent pipeline;
  • Act as a key stakeholder in large-scale business opportunities and customer engagements;
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align strategy, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence, acting as a senior escalation point when required.
