The role will also involve maintenance and development of the various analytical tools and models produced by the team for clients. The analyst can expect to learn from and work with senior members of the team on specific projects, the results of which are published and sent out to clients.

- A strong interest in global macro is a critical pre-requisite for the role, including both Macro Economics and Global Markets.

- Previous work experience in FX and understanding of Interest Rate markets is essential

- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and interact effectively with other research teams across the firm

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Statistical and quantitative skills with a background in Microsoft Excel or any statistical package.

- Ability to demonstrate competence with numerical concepts and tools

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year for Analyst, and between $150,000 and $200,000 per year for Associate, at the commencement of employment.
