The annual base salary range for this position is <$78,000 - $118,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality machined parts that meet customer specifications, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our production operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
  • Maintain machine tools and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards in the machining process.


Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience as a machinist with expertise in operating CNC and manual machine tools.
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Familiarity with machine maintenance and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

WE VALUE
  • Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a machining role, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and programming is a plus.
