(Need to be Willing to Convert at Around $140k + 15% Bonus)Senior Microsoft Infrastructure EngineerThey are adding a senior engineer who can own key Microsoft collaboration platforms while helping drive the next phase of their AI strategy.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise solutions-not simply maintain existing environments.
What You'll Work On- Lead engineering efforts across the Microsoft 365ecosystem.
- Support and enhance enterprise messaging andcollaboration platforms.
- Build scalable automation to streamline IToperations and business processes.
- Strengthen email security, governance, andcompliance.
- Help stand up and mature the organization's AIplatform while evaluating new Microsoft AI capabilities.
- Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, andbusiness stakeholders to deliver modern technology solutions.
What We're Looking For• 5+ years of Microsoft infrastructure engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong background supporting Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, and hybrid messaging environments.
• Experience with identity and endpoint management technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise email security, threat protection, and messaging administration.
• Experience administering secure email platforms such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar technologies.
• Comfortable working with PowerShell and automation tools.
• Experience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, or other enterprise AI initiatives is highly desirable.
• Someone who enjoys designing and implementing new solutions while helping shape long-term technology strategy.
