About the Role
As a CBRE M&A Senior Manager, you will lead diligence and integration on small to medium complexity transactions and provide support on higher complexity deals. Within the M&A Diligence & Integration function, you will help connect due diligence findings to the deal thesis, support integration and separation planning, and keep transactions moving with rigor and discipline. This is a hands-on deal leadership role with a clear path toward owning increasingly complex transactions over time.
This job is part of the Mergers & Acquisitions function, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions to drive corporate growth.
This role offers the flexibility to work from any CBRE office within the United States.
What You'll Do
• Lead confirmatory due diligence, integration and separation planning, and execution on small to medium complexity transactions
• Provide support on complex transactions, contributing to synthesis, integration design, and risk framing
• Connect due diligence findings to the deal thesis, helping leadership understand what is material and what requires a decision
• Translate business requirements into integration and separation plans and track progress against milestones
• Mobilize functional workstreams across Finance, People, Legal, Tax, IT, and other areas, ensuring the right expertise is engaged at the right moment with shared deal context
• Identify and clarify issues, risks, and opportunities, escalating as appropriate and driving urgency on deliverables
• Build effective working partnerships across teams, clarifying roles and helping resolve cross-functional issues
• Track integration progress and surface risks to the value the deal was intended to create
• Document deal learnings and contribute to methodology and continuous practice improvement
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values

What You'll Need
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of experience in strategy, business management, project management, business operations, financial planning and analysis, or a related field. M&A experience strongly preferred; an advanced degree in business or a related field is a benefit. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to connect functional findings to the deal thesis and frame issues clearly for senior stakeholders

• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills across functions and levels
• Able to make decisions within short timeframes and with limited information
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Detail-oriented, expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products
