Job Description

As the Site HR Leader for the Lynn Plant, you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership in a complex manufacturing environment with over 1,500 employees. You will partner with site and business leadership to drive employee engagement, support business growth, foster union relations, and ensure HR strategies and processes enable organizational performance and a strong people culture.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide HR leadership, guidance, and coaching to managers and employees across a complex business environment supporting multiple employee populations, products, and customers, with a strong focus on business growth and employee engagement.
  • Lead and execute union relations strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with site and business priorities.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals and drive the site HR strategy to support key business objectives.
  • Model and reinforce behaviors that reflect our culture, purpose, and values, while aligning HR processes, organizational structure, and systems to deliver business strategy and attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Act as both an employee advocate and a business partner, demonstrating the courage to do the right thing and promoting a respectful, ethical, and inclusive work environment.
  • Balance compliance requirements and local labor regulations with business priorities in a pragmatic and effective way.
  • Build trusted relationships by being credible, approachable, and solutions-oriented, while offering an independent point of view and coaching stakeholders toward the best outcomes.
  • Use technology and analytics to generate insights, identify trends, anticipate outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute proactively to HR and cross-functional initiatives that enable business strategy and organizational effectiveness.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations or related area(s)


Desired Characteristics
  • 10 years experience in HR leadership within a manufacturing or plant environment of medium to high complexity.
  • A Master's degree from an accredited university, ideally in Business or Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Strong and proven experience in union relations, gained in similar roles.
  • A track record and reputation as a trusted advisor and someone who can influence business leaders and the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Deep project and change management skills, with the ability to act as a change agent
  • High energy individual with the ability to lead, coach and advise leadership to empower employees and builds high-performing teams
  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality
  • Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement leveraging digital tools, data and analytics, and AI
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and delivering results in complex scenarios.


The base pay range for this position is $181,700-$250,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 24, 2026.
