We are seeking an experienced and highly organized
LX Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of learning experience and business transformation projects. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards while providing an exceptional client experience.
As the primary day-to-day client contact, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project success, proactively manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation through closure in alignment with PMO lifecycle standards, including kick-off, planning, execution, reporting, retrospectives, and project closeout.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and delivery milestones.
- Apply approved AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve project planning, reporting, operational efficiency, and overall delivery effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and artifacts within approved systems, including SharePoint as the source of truth.
- Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing schedules, and financial reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring proper escalation and change control processes.
- Produce high-quality status reports, executive updates, and project documentation for clients and leadership teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
QualificationsRequired Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven success managing client-facing projects in complex and fast-changing environments.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience within Learning & Development, Learning Experience (LX), Digital Learning, or Consulting environments.
- Familiarity with instructional design, learning technologies, or learning transformation projects.
