- Ensure adherence to safety standards across all recovery operations, fostering a culture of zero harm and compliance within the team.
- Regularly review and analyze collection performance, providing weekly reports and recommendations to drive improvements.
- Drive the continuous improvement of asset recovery processes, ensuring that hardware, tools, and resources are up-to-date and support efficient operations.

Position PurposeThe LVR Regional Manager role will be responsible for leading all aspects of CHEP's Low Volume Recovery operations within a certain geographical region. This will include developing, implementing and executing all strategic and operational plans for LVR related to the region's safety, compliance, staffing, logistical execution, customer service, reporting and financial planning & performance. The Regional Manager will directly lead 22 - 28 LVR Reps including Rep I, Rep II and CDLA Reps and have dotted-line responsibility for the leadership of the LVR Operations Planning Coordinator, Transport Safety Coordinator and LVR Admin assigned to the region. This role will be critical in ensuring that the LVR team is able to deliver the asset management, financial and safety goals established for a given period as well as ensuring proper budgets, forecasts and continuous improvement initiatives are in place.

Major/Key Accountabilities- Direct leadership of up to 30 LVR Reps (Rep I, Rep II and CDLA Reps)
- Ensure full compliance with all DOT, Safety, Reporting and other expectations are met
- Improve overall collection volume and operational efficiency performance for all LVR Reps within responsible region
- Partner with local Operations and Supply Chain leadership to ensure efficient returns are being completed
- Partner with LVR Operations Planning and Global Asset Productivity team to ensure all potential automation and tools are being fully utilized by the region
- Oversee execution of the integration of other service areas within the CHEP business with LVR.
- Oversee P&L performance of LVR Fleet in responsible region
- Maintain staffing and CIFOT/DIFOT service level within responsible region
- Partner with internal support teams to plan, implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives related to all aspects of the LVR Fleet Management.
- Partner with local, regional, and national account owners to drive volume, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction for our customer accounts being serviced by LVR.

Experience- High School Diploma Required
