Position Details:

Location: Mercy Coletta Cancer Center - Oklahoma City

Shift: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Overview:

Provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for a grant-funded lung cancer screening and prevention program focused on expanding access to early detection, tobacco cessation, and improved patient outcomes. Serves as the clinical and operational liaison across multidisciplinary teams, primary care, and external partners to ensure high-quality, guideline-driven care. Drives program growth, data integrity, and compliance through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and reporting. Plays a key role in advancing population health initiatives and reducing lung cancer mortality.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in health or science field.
  • Preferred Education: Master's degree in health-related field, MHA, MPH, MSN or other health science related field.
  • Licensure: Current RN or Respiratory license in state of practice; must meet all state board requirements.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, pulmonary, population health, or preventive care. Experience in program coordination, quality improvement, or data-driven healthcare initiatives preferred.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Preferred Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Oncology or pulmonary-related certification
