LPN Unit Manager to lead an assigned nursing unit and make a direct impact on the care of our residents.
This is a hands-on nursing leadership position for an LPN who enjoys supporting a team, providing quality resident care, and taking an active role in the day-to-day operation of a nursing unit. You'll work closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to help ensure residents receive consistent, compassionate care.
What You'll Do- Lead and oversee the daily operations of your assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise, support, and work alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Complete resident assessments and clinical documentation.
- Investigate resident accidents and incidents and follow through on resolutions.
- Update and maintain resident care plans.
- Conduct wound rounds and provide wound care treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care.
Qualifications- Active Massachusetts LPN license required.
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to resident care.
