LPC-S Clinical Supervisor & TherapistWe are currently seeking a full time The LPC-S Clinical Supervisor & Therapist is a licensed provider responsible for delivering culturally responsive, confidential, and compassionate care to clients across the lifespan while also supporting and supervising developing clinicians. The ideal candidate works collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills, and provides thoughtful guidance, mentorship, and clinical oversight.
Compensation & Employment- W-2 employment status
- Compensation based on experience, licensure level, clinical specialties.
- Clinical rate: $60-$70/ clinical hour
- Supervision stipend: $250/month per supervisee
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Treatment & Client Care- Maintain a balanced caseload while fulfilling supervision responsibilities.
- Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriateness for services, including differential diagnosis and level-of-care considerations.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services.
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic rapport with clients while demonstrating sensitivity to cultural, socioeconomic, and identity-related factors.
- Demonstrate initiative in marketing, retaining, and growing a stable caseload.
- Reliably attend scheduled appointments, meetings, and practice-related responsibilities.
- Respond to calls, emails, and client communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete DAP notes within 24 hours and maintain accurate treatment plans, risk assessments, and all required clinical documentation.
- Follow Mindfully Texas employment policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Participate in case consultation meetings and complete additional duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Maintain personal self-care practices to support sustainable, high-quality clinical work and reduce risk of burnout and vicarious trauma.
- Network within the therapist and referral community to cultivate and maintain referral relationships.
Supervision & Consultation- Provide individual clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians serving adults and general outpatient populations.
- Foster a culture of feedback, psychological safety, accountability, and trust with supervisees.
- Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all supervisory relationships.
- Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to promote clinical growth and professional development.
- Offer case consultation and clinical support as needed.
- Assist supervisees in building and maintaining sustainable caseloads.
- Support accountability related to documentation completion, payment collection, timeliness, and overall job performance.
Onboarding & Training- Maintain knowledge of the Employee Handbook, office policies, and procedures to support new team members effectively.
- Assist with onboarding and training for new unlicensed clinicians and interns, including orientation to documentation standards, EHR workflows
- Model and promote adherence to ethical standards, clinical risk-management practices, and practice-wide quality benchmarks.
Salary Description
$60-$70 per clinical hour
