Responsibilities- Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade opportunities
- Engage with customers in service and present personalized solutions
- Structure deals that work for the customer, the lender, and the store
- Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance for seamless delivery
- Maintain organized, high-quality CRM notes and follow-up
- Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For- Proven success in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations
- Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Confidence to operate with autonomy
- Hunger for growth-personally and professionally
Compensation & Benefits- Tiered unit bonus + performance incentives. Realistic on target yearly earnings range from $90,000 to $150,000
