Aa Regional Operations Manager, you will lead operations in your geographical market, reporting to the General Manager. Your responsibilities include leadership, management, employee development, client relations, compliance, brand development, and profitability. The role is 10% strategic, involving planning, financial forecasting, and leadership, and 90% tactical, focusing on financial management, operational support, and client relationship maintenance.

Your Responsibilities as Branch Manager
  • Own the P&L and Drive Profitable Growth - Lead the full financial performance of the branch, delivering consistent year-over-year growth in both revenue and margin. Balance disciplined cost management with strategic expansion and operational scale.
  • Optimize Workforce Strategy - Drive smart labor planning and scheduling to protect profitability, while ensuring service excellence and coverage stability.
  • Build a High-Performance Culture - Create an engaged, accountable team environment that improves employee engagement results year over year. Attract, retain, and motivate top talent while reducing preventable turnover.
  • Protect and Expand Client Relationships - Maintain a minimum 95% annual client retention rate through strong executive presence and structured relationship management. Conduct regular client touchpoints and proactively resolve issues to deepen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop Future Leaders - Recruit and onboard at least one key manager or staff member annually and actively develop internal talent for promotion. Build a succession-ready leadership bench within the branch.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Leverage company systems and data to inform decisions, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain disciplined execution across onboarding, scheduling, financial controls, and CRM processes.
  • Lead with Integrity and Accountability - Model company values, maintain full regulatory and policy compliance, and set the standard for professionalism, ethical leadership, and operational discipline.
  • Champion Strategic Initiatives - Partner cross-functionally to execute growth strategies, improve processes, and strengthen market position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma, plus vocational training or equivalent.
  • Technical background in CCTV, access control and security; understanding of basic electricity (low voltage) and electronics.
  • A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
  • 5+ years of Regional Operations Management experience.
