  • Provide guidance on OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and workers' compensation risk management strategies.
  • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and educational presentations for policyholders and internal business partners as appropriate.
  • Partner with Underwriting by providing technical assessments that support account selection, pricing, renewals, and risk improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Claims and Underwriting personnel on large or complex losses to identify contributing factors and recommend corrective actions that reduce future claims.
  • Maintain accurate inspection documentation, service plans, activity reports, and customer communications.
  • Stay current on occupational safety regulations, industry trends, and emerging workplace hazards.
  • Participate as needed in marketing/presentations to assigned agencies.
  • Participate in departmental projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
