What You Will Do

Ascension Seton is looking for a APRN or PA for our Ascension Seton Health Clinics.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide medical services to patients in their community.

  • Post-Acute and Long Term Care Program
  • provides nursing home visits in the rural community - 2-3 sites
  • Travel required
  • Practice setting: outpatient
  • Shared patient panel
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Lead Comprehensive Care Delivery: Direct the treatment and long-term management of diverse health conditions, ensuring every patient receives a personalized and effective care plan.
  • Empower Patients and Families: Translate medical jargon into actionable guidance, educating caregivers on treatment options and community resources to improve health literacy.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education:
  • Master's degree of Nursing require
