- Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring on-time training completion, and enforcing safety protocols.
- Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment for domestic and international shipments.
- Develop and execute daily workforce and staffing strategies by aligning resources with workload, shipping schedules, and customer orders to ensure operational objectives are achieved through effective labor utilization, shift coverage, and workforce allocation.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive operational excellence for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, order fulfillment accuracy, and safety performance.
- Responsible for the line supply of materials from the semi-finished goods warehouse to various production areas, including raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, minimizing downtime and production delays.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and eight (8) years of combined experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing
in a private, public, government, or military environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Three (3) years experience in a supervisory role
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling systems, and transportation logistics.
- SAP experience related to warehouse management systems (EWM, ECC, SAP).
- Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
