Position Summary

The Manager, Logistics Replenishment Planning, leads a team responsible for creating logistics plans into executable operating routines and ensuring disciplined execution across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation. This role owns day-to-day performance against service, cost, and working capital targets by monitoring execution, identifying risks and constraints, and driving coordinated recovery actions across internal teams and external partners.  The Manager establishes clear operating cadences, reinforces execution discipline, and ensures alignment between planning signals and operational outcomes.

Specialty Focus:

Responsible for leading the execution of inbound finished goods replenishment across a multi-modal transportation network (truckload, LTL, rail, and intermodal), ensuring reliable, cost-effective flow of inventory from breweries to distribution center and co-pack locations through effective carrier management, capacity alignment, proactive transit time performance management, and strategic rail diversion to optimize service, cost, and network continuity. 

Core Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership 
  • Leads, manages, and develops a team of analysts; sets priorities, monitors performance, and builds capability in execution management and cross-functional coordination
  • Establishes clear roles, standard work, and accountability across the team
  • Coaches team on structured problem solving, escalation, and follow-through 
  • Execution & Performance Ownership 
  • Owns execution of operating plans across logistics functions; ensures alignment to service, cost, and working capital objectives 
  • Monitors performance (service, throughput, inventory flow, backlog) and drives timely recovery actions 
  • Identifies constraints (capacity, labor, inventory, carrier/vendor performance) and coordinates mitigation plans
  • Operating Routines & Governance 
  • Establishes and leads operating cadences (daily/weekly/monthly) including execution reviews, action tracking, and escalation forums 
  • Ensures consistent use of trackers, KPIs, and performance reporting with clear ownership and follow-up 
 
  • Reporting & Insights 
  • Owns performance reporting and analysis; ensures data validation, consistency, and actionable insight generation 
  • Translates data into clear narratives, risks, and recommended actions for leadership 
 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership 
  • Coordinates across Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Customer Management, Procurement, and external partners 
  • Communicates execution risks, trade-offs, and priorities to drive aligned decision-making 
 
  • Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement 
  • Reinforces adherence to standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and execution frameworks 
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and drives initiatives to improve service reliability, cost performance, and execution consistency 
 
Role-Specific Responsibilities 
  • Lead inbound finished goods replenishment execution across truckload, LTL, rail, and intermodal  
  • Ensure consistent flow of goods from breweries to DCs/plants with strong service reliability and transit time performance 
  • Manage carrier and modal provider performance, capacity alignment, and lane optimization 
  • Drive on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and inventory availability 
  • Leverage modal strategy to balance cost and service across the network 
  • Execute rail diversion strategies to mitigate delays, manage disruptions, and optimize inbound flow 
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to align inbound flow with supply plans and operational capacity 
  • Mitigate disruption risk and ensure continuity of supply across modes 
  • Lead continuous improvement through KPIs, visibility, and process discipline
Reporting Relationship 
  • This role will report directly to the Director, Warehouse and Inventory Management 
  • This role manages approximately 2 FTEs with an expanded scope to ensure efficient, flexible and resilient contributions through benchmark performance. 
 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics execution, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • People manager experience, including leading, coaching, developing, and managing performance of teams.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills 
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software required, with experience in enterprise inventory management, warehouse operations, controls, and ERP/WMS-enabled processes strongly preferred 
  • Must be able to make decisions independently and recommend viable solutions to problems and issues 
  • Must have the ability to manage a heavy workload and be able to work under pressure while managing frequent changes in direction, without losing focus
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed (up to 30%)
  • Must be willing and able to learn and acquire new skills and abilities
  • Spanish/English fluency, both written and verbal preferred 
Physical Requirements/Work Environment 
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis 
  • Must be able to travel as needed by plane or train for long distance

The salary range for this role is:

$96,700.00 - $148,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.  At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
