Job DescriptionHII is seeking an experienced Logistics Production Manager to lead financial operations, inventory database management, logistics coordination, audit documentation compliance, and daily warehousing workflows. This senior position provides advanced expertise, continuity, and leadership supporting high tempo logistics and financial environments aligned with NSW/SOF related requirements.

Essential Job Responsibilities• Lead and oversee all logistics and financial operations, including audit documentation management, segregation of duties compliance, and financial reconciliation.
• Serve as senior administrator for multi system inventory databases (DPAS WM, DPAS PA, R Supply), ensuring integrity and continuity across multiple accounts.
• Direct sensitive material coordination including hazardous shipments, specialized loadouts, and commercial/military transportation requirements.
• Manage high volume shipping/receiving operations, lifecycle tracking, and specialized equipment accountability.
• Supervise Team Lead, Warehousemen, and Facilities/Tent Camp personnel; provide leadership and technical oversight.
• Ensure daily inventory accuracy through system reconciliation, audit ready documentation, and compliance with FIAR standards.
• Provide continuity and advanced training for logistics and financial processes.
Minimum Qualifications- 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
- Advanced expertise in DPAS, R Supply, and Navy ERP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership at senior levels in logistics or financial operations.
- Ability to manage complex transportation coordination including hazardous materials.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Requirements- Previous experience in audit compliance roles (FIAR).
- Background supporting NSW/SOF aligned logistics operations.
- Expert level database administration experience.
- Facility in supervising multi discipline logistics teams
- Honorable military service (DD 214).
Physical RequirementsMay be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
