Description

AC4S LLC is currently seeking a Logistics Master Scheduler Who Leads master scheduling across global IT logistics, fulfillment, and deployment activities. Delivers and maintains the installation and upgrade schedule, updating weekly. Develop project plans and schedules for all special projects. Coordinates trip schedules for Government approval at least ten days before any deployment trip. Adjust deployment trips for special circumstances including rapid deployment of new or complex applications. Tracks schedule commitments across shipping, deployment, and installation teams. Coordinates logistics scheduling with shipping and receiving, deployment, and training elements. Maintains the server refresh plan schedule for worldwide Consular facilities in coordination with Post POCs.

Experience and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, server, monitor, printer, and peripheral hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience diagnosing hardware failures and performing break/fix repairs on enterprise IT equipment.
  • Ability to install, configure, replace, and upgrade hardware components, including hard drives, memory, power supplies, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.
  • Experience managing spare parts inventory, hardware lifecycle, and replacement asset accountability.
  • Knowledge of hardware compatibility, warranty processes, and component replacement best practices.
  • Experience maintaining inventory records, asset tracking, and configuration management documentation.
  • Ability to inspect, test, and verify replacement hardware prior to deployment.
  • Experience supporting service desk operations by preparing and staging replacement equipment to meet service level agreements.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, asset management databases, and hardware tracking tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to isolate and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree - 6 or more years of relevant education/work experience. OR Master of Arts/Master of Science with 4+ years of experience.


Physical Requirements
  • Footwear: Steel-toe boots or steel-toe protective shoes are required at all times while performing warehouse duties or handling IT equipment.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move IT equipment and boxed assets weighing a minimum of 40 pounds. Occasional lifting of items above this weight may be required with proper team-lift procedures.
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday, including walking between storage areas, staging zones, and inventory stations.
  • Bending, Stooping, and Reaching: Regular bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching to access shelves, pallet racks, and inventory locations.
  • Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push or pull carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment used to transport IT assets within the warehouse environment.
  • Manual Dexterity: Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to safely unbox, label, scan, connect, and prepare IT hardware and accessories.
  • Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in a warehouse setting with variable temperatures, concrete flooring, and active movement of equipment and personnel. May require use of basic PPE such as gloves or safety glasses depending on task.
  • Equipment Operation (if applicable): Ability to safely operate non-powered material handling equipment (e.g., carts, dollies, pallet jacks). No forklift operation is assumed unless separately certified and required.
