Full Job Description
Primary location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000-$175,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement & Logistics, the Logistics Manager is responsible for leading demand planning, customer supply, and distribution performance for Mineral Fiber operations. This role plays a critical part in driving the S&OP process, enhancing the overall customer experience, and supporting a "One Armstrong" culture through strong cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do
  • Lead demand planning and oversee the S&OP process to align production, distribution, and customer demand

  • Develop and track key performance metrics to improve efficiency across production and distribution operations
  • Drive customer service excellence by ensuring order fulfillment targets (e.g., fill rate, on-time delivery) are met or exceeded
  • Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve supply chain disruptions
  • Lead initiatives to improve distribution center (DC) performance, reduce costs, and optimize network strategy
  • Oversee third-party distribution center operations and improve network productivity
  • Support ecommerce initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
  • Develop and mentor logistics talent to build a strong pipeline across the network
