Summary:Supports Army readiness, modernization, and equipment management efforts through analysis, coordination, and implementation of equipping guidance across Army organizations.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:- Analyze Army equipping guidance and modernization initiatives.
- Coordinate readiness and equipment management efforts across ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs.
- Support Army Strategic Readiness Assessments and Total Army Readiness Reviews.
- Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Track readiness metrics and materiel support requirements.
- Support modernization and fleet management initiatives.
QualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:- Excellent analytical and briefing skills.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of Army logistics experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting ACOM, ASCC, or equivalent headquarters organizations.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, SharePoint, and Army readiness systems.
- Clearance: Active Secret
Preferred Qualifications:- Former Army logistics planner or readiness analyst.
- Experience supporting AMC, FORSCOM, AFC, or HQDA.
