Help

• Formulate and execute comprehensive, life-cycle Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategies and local policies to ensure long-term operational readiness.
• Direct the secure, rapid-deployment global logistics program to ensure seamless, secure communications support for executive-level travel.
• Serve as the designated Accountable Property Officer (APO) to oversee, audit, and reconcile a multi-million-dollar inventory portfolio using DPAS and WAWF.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits to diagnose multi-system data conflicts, mitigate supply chain risks, and implement process improvements.
• Provide authoritative lifecycle management, technical requirements definition, and acquisition support for specialized telecommunications and IT network equipment.

Qualifications

Time-in-Grade Requirements

Federal applicants must meet applicable Time-in-Grade (TIG) restrictions in accordance with 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. To qualify for the GS-13 grade level, applicants must have completed at least 52 weeks (one year) of service at the next lower grade level of GS-12 (or equivalent under other pay/broadband bands) in the Federal service.

Specialized Experience Requirements

In addition to meeting the time in grade requirement, qualified applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-12) in the Federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Specialized experience is defined as: Overseeing, auditing, or reconciling a multi-million-dollar inventory portfolio; OR maintaining inventory for IT equipment; OR managing secure supply chains and rapid-deployment logistics for global travel support.

You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.

There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level.
