  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations for alignment on Go to Market strategies.
  • Manage performance metrics reflecting departmental effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support superior customer service and drive profitable growth as the Logistics Lead Planner - Field Service by developing tactical plans that optimize processes across Field Service, Full-Service Operations, Distribution, and Sales while fostering a culture of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensure Logistics Planners develop tactical field service plans to maximize productivity, minimize equipment downtime, and deliver superior customer service
  • Provide planning or dispatch coverage for the field service/customer care team to maintain operational efficiency
  • Support workload balancing between the development of annual strategic plans and the daily execution of tactical plans to optimize team performance
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment with Go to Market strategies and identify future improvement opportunities
  • Manage and achieve key performance metrics that demonstrate departmental effectiveness and alignment with corporate objectives while identifying new business opportunities
  • Evaluate and resolve potential problems during project implementation, coordinating team goals and project schedules to keep workflow on track
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experience
