Full Job Description
As a Logistics Intelligence Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them unlock maximum value from their small parcel logistics operations. In this role, you'll oversee onboarding, drive platform adoption, and guide clients in optimizing parcel operations to achieve measurable results. You'll also manage long-term relationships, focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You'll be a trusted advisor and key point of contact, leveraging your industry expertise to align our products and services with each client's business objectives.

You'll also play an internal leadership role-championing process improvements, mentoring teammates, and contributing to the continued evolution of our service model and customer success strategy.

Requirements

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to become their primary and trusted Sifted advisor.*
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during onboarding and throughout a sustainable and renewable client lifecycle.
  • Document clients' desired strategic outcomes, and demonstrate achievement of those objectives.
  • Engineer small parcel cost reduction models and execute them through direct client-facing interactions and strategic collaboration, ensuring best-in-class pricing is achieved and maintained on an ongoing basis. *
  • Initiate and prepare all necessary RFP documents and deliverables for clients. *
  • Proactively monitor client health, carrier-contract revenue band compliance, platform usage and adoption, including actionable and quantifiable efficiency and productivity gains, and engage clients via regular check-ins and structured business reviews.*
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients can maximize the value of our products/services.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively guide clients on best practices and solutions.*
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.
  • Establish strong relationships with user and decision-maker individuals within each client organization.
  • Assist and participate in special projects to drive efficiency and scalability of the company.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring team members.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years parcel industry experience
  • 3+ years parcel client experience ($5M+)
  • 3+ years parcel pricing or parcel cost/spend management experience
  • 3+ years relevant experience in a direct customer-facing and support role (client success, account management, or similar)
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting written material and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations to clients
  • Strong technical, analytical, project management, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and to any client audience
  • Experience building and managing relationships, including interacting with all levels of management (both internally and client-focused)
  • A proven track record of leading initiatives and driving change within department/organization
  • Collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and be comfortable in fluid, fast-paced environments.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales operations processes
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation.*
