Dispatch Associate to assist our Distribution division in providing value-added goods and services to our customers.

General Description of Duties:- Assist in scheduling and coordinating job site deliveries and production order flow, ensuring safe and on-time pickup and delivery
- Distribute and slot tickets as required
- Provide customer service and support to customers via the phone and email, as well as will-call
- Communicate customer service needs with drivers, sales, and operations
- Update scheduling database with ticket details
Preferred Experience:- Solid customer service background
- Answering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers, and Sales Team
- Logistics or transportation experience
- 2+ years of basic computer skills, with ability to be trained on company software

Expected pay for this role is between $42,300.00 to $63,500.00 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
