Full Job Description
This role is part of Weyerhaeuser's Supply Chain organization and supports the transportation of Wood Products inventory. Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and reporting to the Director of Logistics, the Logistics Coordinator partners with production, sales, and transportation providers to ensure reliable, timely shipment execution that meets customer and operational standards.

We prioritize safety, sustainability, and operational excellence in everything we do. In this role, you will build strong relationships across customer service, manufacturing, sales, and supplier teams while coordinating daily transportation activities and resolving shipment issues. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to improve processes to drive efficiency and service performance. Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $58,800-$102,600 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
