This is not an entry-level role. This position is built for installers who can handle pressure, move fast, and take ownership of the entire installation process.
Compensation (Performance-Based):This role is designed for proven installation leaders.
- $80,000 - $100,000 expected annual earnings.
- Compensation based on experience, efficiency, and quality.

What Makes This a Lead Installer Role:As a Lead Installer, you are responsible for:
- The full execution of each installation.
- Job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
- Crew leadership and task delegation.
- Ensuring installations meet Logicool standards and code requirements.
- Representing the company professionally on every job.
You are trusted to run jobs with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations.
- Set equipment, run refrigerant lines, duct connections, and electrical components.
- Manage crew workflow and job pacing.
- Ensure materials and equipment are used correctly.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
- Communicate job progress and issues to management.
- Follow all installation, safety, and quality standards.
- Complete installations efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Schedule:- Full-time.
- Primarily weekday installations.
- Overtime and some weekends as required.
Requirements:- Proven HVAC installation experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor daily.
- Ability to work in extreme heat and physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean background.
- Drug-free.
- Professional appearance and mindset.
Location:Based in
Corpus Christi, Texas, serving surrounding areas.
