Should able to do Backlog Management

Strong skills to work with Stakeholder and Team Communication Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, Planning and Production release.

Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, Qa and AI team

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, refine and document requirements.

Strong hands on experience in requirement analysis, data analysis and process mapping, shareholder group.

Strong Stakeholders management and executive communication skills.

Ability to influence cross functional teams without direct authority.

Structured problem solving, analytical thinking, ownership mindset and attention to details.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, distributed, delivery environment
