Responsibilities & Duties- Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy
- Supervise Loan Portfolio Services Personnel
- Administer Loan Disbursements
- Review various loan reports
- Process data changes as needed
- Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy
- Review UCC reports
- Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents
- Manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenants updates
- Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports
Job Qualifications/Requirements- Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Required: Ability to understand complex legal documents.
- Required: Basic computer skills.
- Required: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Required: Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires.
The salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 annually - $140,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
