Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process monthly loan requirements and financial management strategies.
• Conduct due diligence on legal documents and financial projections.
• Perform regular financial analyses and review profit/loss statements.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets to secure financing and ensure loan compliance.
• Review asset valuations quarterly and ensure adherence to loan agreements.
• Prepare annual asset plans and present to investment committee.
• Manage third-party service providers to ensure compliance and budget oversight.
