dedicated, compassionate, and patient-centered Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing

Competitive Salary: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually Work Schedule - Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Sunday: Off
Required Licensure & Experience - Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Clinical Counseling
- California licensure as an LMFT
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a community mental health setting
- Demonstrated experience in a Managed Care environment
- Experience working with multi-ethnic and underserved communities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
Key Duties & Responsibilities - Promote and integrate behavioral health services into primary care
- Maintain protocols and procedures for integrated behavioral health activities across the St. John's network
- Assist primary care providers in identifying, treating, and managing behavioral health concerns
- Conduct client intakes with diagnostic and functional evaluations, and support treatment planning
- Provide consultations and mental health expertise to primary care and behavioral health teams
- Deliver brief, focused interventions for clients in need of mental health support
- Identify and develop plans for clients at risk of worsening mental health conditions
