Responsibilities

  • Promote and integrate behavioral health services into primary care.
  • Maintain protocols and procedures for integrated behavioral health activities.

  • Conduct client intakes with diagnostic evaluations and support treatment planning.
  • Provide mental health consultations to primary care and behavioral health teams.
  • Deliver brief, focused interventions for clients in need of support.
  • Identify and develop treatment plans for clients at risk of worsening mental health conditions.

Competitive Salary: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually Work Schedule
  • Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Wednesday: Off
  • Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Sunday: Off
Required Licensure & Experience
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Clinical Counseling
  • California licensure as an LMFT
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a community mental health setting
  • Demonstrated experience in a Managed Care environment
  • Experience working with multi-ethnic and underserved communities
