The role involves working on a variety of high-level disputes, including matters involving business torts, contract claims, and other commercial issues. Litigation Associate Responsibilities: - Handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including:
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing e-discovery and document review
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Litigation Associate Qualifications: - J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar
- 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial matters
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work in-office at least 3 days per week
