Salary range: $95K - $110K

Location: New York
About this role

We are looking for a Paralegal with 5-7 years of experience to join a prestigious aviation and transportation litigation firm with 75 years of history. You'll be supporting complex, long-running cases from inception through trial or settlement, working alongside a collaborative team that values longevity and professional growth.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing all phases of litigation including drafting legal documents, formal discovery requests, document productions, and deposition summaries
  • Navigating e-filing platforms (NYSCEF, PACER) and managing electronic document production in State and Federal Court
  • Maintaining client relationships, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with attorneys, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Preparing damages brochures, presentations, and exhibits for mediations, arbitrations, and trial
  • Leveraging new AI tools for document summarization, transcript analysis, and damages brochure preparation

Key Requirements
  • 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm (no JD candidates - must be committed to a long-term paralegal career)
  • Proficiency with NYSCEF, PACER, and Westlaw; comfort navigating State and Federal Court systems
  • Experience with e-discovery platforms and case management systems (Litify/Salesforce experience a plus)
